Diamond Discus owned and managed by Mr.Sanguan Viriyamontree for more than 30 years experience in the breeding of discus. Diamond Discus is the number one breeder who has been successful in breeding many new varieties such as Red Checker Board, Golden Snake Skin, Golden Lion, Red & White, White Diamond, Leopard Discus, Red Melon, Samerah etc. which are well known to customers worldwide. The company is also recognized by the Department of Fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and many institutions both private and government, Diamond Discus works in cooperation with various universities in providing information to students regarding the raising and breeding of discus.
Diamond Discus can assure you that our reputation is well known worldwide and have exhibited our fish in many international and local competitions. The many trophies which we have won through out the year can proof of our expertise in breeding high quality fish and therefore the exported fish is guaranteed for quality; healthy without disease and without any trace of banned or chemical ingredients harmful to humans of fish. Our breeding farm adheres to all government regulations and is regularly inspected by The Fisheries Department of The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
Mr.Sanguan is also the President of SIAM DISCUS CLUB and for many years, have devoted a lot of time in arranging various local competitions, giving advise to local breeders, universities and The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.

In the early stage of our business, we spent a lot of time to study about characters and life cycle of "Discus". Learning with our heart, we have gained more experiences and we are able to deal with them comfortably. We finally feel that our amazing discus give us a lot of happiness and excitement. Our business was started on a small piece of land. As we have acquired experiences in this business, we have made achievements over time until our new farm was relocated to this current site.
Presently, our farm is considered one of the most completely systematic hatchery with more than 200 tanks in operation. Accuracy, healthiness and all facilities available at our farm are strictly maintained as we advocate to the philosophy that "toady have to be better than yesterday". Working with love and joy, therefore, we guarantee that every single fish from our farm is up to the standard.
If you have are curious about the name "Diamond.....", in this story. Before we decided to use this name, we were deeply interested in improving quality of "Discus". We trust that the most beautiful creature can be both natural and man-made. Like diamond, a precious stone that will sparkle when cut and polished, the more the jewelers have skill, the more dazzling ever comparable will be.
Accordingly, with a lot of imaginations, we carefully breed "Discus" with varieties. Finally, they become more and more distinguishable astonishing yield, just like diamond. This is the reason why we named it "Diamond Discus".
